Lex Serenum: Journal of Legal Studies on Sustainable Development Goals aims to serve as a scientific forum for examining the role, contribution, and challenges of law in supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at both the national and international levels. The journal encourages research that integrates legal theory and practice with the principles of sustainable development, facilitating cross-disciplinary dialogue among academics, practitioners, policymakers, and civil society. Its primary objective is to develop a legal framework that is inclusive, adaptive, and responsive to global issues such as poverty, inequality, climate change, social justice, and environmental sustainability, while fostering legal innovations that effectively support the implementation of the SDGs.
